Taskmy EULA

Your permitted use of Taskmy, including device use and any sharing rights, follows the applicable App Store license and Apple's usage rules. A license does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.

• You may not sell, resell, lease, sublicense, lend, or otherwise transfer the software or your license rights without prior written consent from VACOZ.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass technical restrictions, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• You may not use the software to infringe rights, violate law, distribute malware, or interfere with service security, stability, or licensing systems.

Downloads and updates are available through the App Store and may require an Apple Account and network access.

VACOZ may release updates, fixes, or improvements and may change or discontinue specific features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, stability, or product direction.

The duration and termination of your license follow the license agreement that applies to your App Store download.

Warranty and liability provisions are governed by the applicable license agreement and law.

Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Additional limitations, dispute rules, and refund rules are stated in the Taskmy Terms of Service and Taskmy Refund Policy.
