Taskmy Direct Download EULA

By downloading, installing, activating, or using the direct-download version of Taskmy, you agree to this EULA together with the Taskmy Terms of Service and Taskmy Privacy Policy.

Subject to your compliance with the applicable legal documents, VACOZ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Taskmy on supported Mac devices for lawful personal or internal business use.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale, a direct purchase grants a perpetual license for the purchased direct-distribution version. This license does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual-property rights.

A single direct-purchase license may be activated on up to 3 Macs per purchase, subject to the device limit configured by VACOZ.

• You may not sell, resell, lease, sublicense, lend, or otherwise transfer the software or your license rights without prior written consent from VACOZ.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass technical restrictions, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• You may not use the software to infringe rights, violate law, distribute malware, or interfere with service security, stability, or licensing systems.

Certain functions, including download delivery, license activation, validation, deactivation, and device-slot recovery, may require communication with VACOZ, Polar, or related infrastructure.

VACOZ may release updates, fixes, or improvements and may change or discontinue specific features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, stability, or product direction.

This EULA remains effective until terminated. It may terminate automatically if you materially violate this EULA or the Taskmy Terms of Service.

If a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, fraud finding, or license abuse is confirmed, VACOZ may deactivate the associated license and your rights under this EULA for that purchase may end.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the direct-download version of Taskmy is provided on an as-available basis. VACOZ does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, full compatibility with every environment, or correction of every defect.

Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Additional limitations, dispute rules, and refund rules are stated in the Taskmy Terms of Service and Taskmy Refund Policy.
