Taskmy Terms of Service

App Store purchases, distribution, and refunds follow Apple's terms and procedures. These terms apply to services operated by VACOZ to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By downloading, installing, or using Taskmy, you agree to the applicable license terms. Use of the website and product support is subject to these terms and the Taskmy Privacy Policy.

VACOZ may revise these terms to reflect legal, security, operational, or product changes. Material changes will be announced on the website, product page, app notice, or another reasonable channel before they take effect, unless immediate action is required by law or security needs.

• Taskmy is a macOS productivity app that may include project and task management, routines, progress tracking, folders, link badges, desktop pinning, and related workflow features.
• Download Taskmy and obtain updates through the App Store.
• Certain features may depend on supported macOS versions, device environment, network access, third-party infrastructure, or distribution channel.

VACOZ may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue specific features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, stability, or product direction.

Your Taskmy license and permitted device use follow the license agreement shown in the App Store and Apple's usage rules. Ownership of Taskmy and its intellectual property is not transferred to you.

• You may not sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, lend, or otherwise transfer Taskmy or your license rights without VACOZ's prior written consent.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass technical restrictions, or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it despite this limitation.
• You may not use Taskmy in a way that infringes others' rights, violates law, or interferes with service security or stability.

Prices, availability, payment, receipts, downloads, and updates are provided through the App Store. Check the App Store listing before purchasing.

These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law. For product issues, contact VACOZ support.

• You are responsible for lawful use of Taskmy and for complying with the applicable App Store license and usage rules.
• You must not upload, link, or process unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful material through Taskmy features or related service flows.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own devices, accounts, backups, and local data environment.

VACOZ may restrict services it operates when reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these terms, illegal conduct, fraud, security threats, or unauthorized distribution. App Store purchase access follows the applicable platform terms.

Where appropriate, VACOZ may provide notice and an opportunity to cure before taking action. Immediate action may be taken without prior notice when delay would create legal, security, or operational risk.

Taskmy, the website, software, design, branding, source code, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by VACOZ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. If you create or store your own work data within Taskmy, rights in that data remain with you or the relevant rights holder, subject to the rights needed to operate the service and comply with law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taskmy is provided on an as-available basis. VACOZ does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete error correction, or compatibility with every device, network environment, or third-party service.

VACOZ is not liable for damages caused by your own negligence, unsupported environments, device failure, loss of local data, third-party platform outages, or circumstances beyond VACOZ's reasonable control, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law or where damage results from VACOZ's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding conflict-of-law rules to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with Taskmy will first be discussed in good faith. If a dispute is not resolved, the competent court under applicable law, including Korean consumer and civil-procedure rules, will have jurisdiction.
